Our AI Policy

At Oliz/Koko-Nora, we use artificial intelligence as a creative and practical support tool. We also want to be transparent about how AI is used in the images and texts on our online store.

Images on the Online Store

In most of our AI-modified images, both the person and the product are real. AI has only been used to create or modify the setting in which the person and product are shown.

In some images, the person and the setting have been created using AI. The product is still based on our real product and is shown as a visualisation.

We label images in which AI has played a significant role, for example with:

Partially AI-modified

Partially AI-modified, when the person and product are real but the setting has been created or modified using AI.

AI-generated visualisation

AI-generated visualisation, when the person and the setting are AI-generated.
We always strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. AI must not be used to deliberately alter or misrepresent a product’s colour, shape, size, material, function, fit or other characteristics.

AI-generated images are used for inspiration and visualisation. The product description, product specifications and standard product images determine what the customer receives when making a purchase.

Content on Our Blog

On our blog, we gather and share knowledge about how our products are used. The information may come from our own expertise, our product documentation and relevant external sources on the internet.

We may use AI to assist with research, idea development, structuring, language editing and the preparation of draft texts. AI-generated content is not published automatically.

All blog content is reviewed, edited and fact-checked by a responsible person at Oliz/Koko-Nora before publication. We assume full editorial responsibility for the content on our website.

We strive to publish only accurate and relevant information. If we become aware of any errors or outdated information, we correct or update the content.

Human Oversight and Accountability

AI is a support tool and cannot independently decide what is published on our website. The final assessment is always made by a person.

Among other things, we check:

• That the products are represented accurately.
• That the images do not create a misleading impression.
• That factual information has been verified.
• That external sources are used responsibly.
• That AI-generated and AI-modified content is clearly labelled where relevant.
• That we have the necessary rights and permissions for images of identifiable individuals.

Transparency and Applicable Regulations

Our use of AI must be responsible and comply with applicable Danish legislation and EU regulations concerning artificial intelligence, marketing, consumer protection, data protection and copyright.

We continuously monitor developments in this area and update this policy if the regulations or our use of AI change.
