Payment Security
With us, you can pay using the most common payment methods – whether you are shopping as an institution or as a private customer. We use secure acquiring agreements to ensure that your payment is processed as safely and securely as possible.
Secure payment
In our online store, you have several payment options for your purchases. You can either pay in advance using Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, or MobilePay Online, pay in instalments with ViaBill, or make a bank transfer to Oliz / Koko-Nora’s account using our IBAN number. On this page, you can read about how to pay when choosing card payment.
How to do it
Add the items you wish to order to the shopping cart and click “Checkout”. You will then be asked to enter your name, address, phone number, etc. Enter the information and click “Next page”.
Under payment method, select credit card.
You will now be automatically redirected to our payment server (SSL server – Secure Socket Layer), where you will be asked to enter your card number and expiry date. The card number, which appears on the front of the card, must be entered without spaces. Example: card number 4500 0000 0000 0000 should be entered as 4500000000000000.
The expiry date can also be found on the front of the card. It should be entered in the two “Valid until” fields.
This information is then encrypted and transmitted to NETS, where the validity of the card is verified.
Please note that the transaction may take up to 30 seconds, and you must therefore NOT close the browser.
Once your card has been verified by NETS, we receive information on whether the transaction has been approved or not.
If the transaction is approved by NETS, the amount to be charged to your account will be displayed, after which you can print an order confirmation.
If the transaction is not approved by NETS, a page will be displayed where you can choose to try again or cancel the order (no amount will be charged to the card and the order will be deleted).
Payment Security
When you pay by card in our online store, all entered card data is encrypted when it is transmitted to NETS – this means that no one can intercept your card details. For these transactions, we use a NETS-approved SSL solution (SSL = Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt your card information. SSL encryption is used by the vast majority of Danish online stores.
My card is declined
If your card is declined, you can choose to try again or cancel the order. If the card is declined repeatedly, you may contact us or your bank.
When will the money be charged?
In accordance with the applicable rules for payment cards on the internet, the amount is only charged to your account once we have dispatched the package.
