1. Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made with Oliz/Koko-Nora ApS. You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into contracts in order to shop with us. If you are under 18 or not legally competent, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Information on the Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, or take physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement covering multiple different items ordered in a single order and delivered separately.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
Unless otherwise agreed with Oliz/Koko-Nora ApS.
The notification must be sent to th@oliz.dk . In your message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
No right of withdrawal is offered to B2B customers.
Returns
You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You are responsible for covering the direct costs of returning the item.
When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly and securely packaged.
You bear the risk for the item from the moment it is delivered.
Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal: goods that are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have been clearly personalized.
Condition of the Item When You Return It
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling it in a way other than what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and how it works. In other words, you may try the item as you would in a physical store, but you must not use it. If the item is used beyond what is described above, we will consider it used, which means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the commercial value of the item.
Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will be refunded the amount you paid us, minus shipping costs. In the case of any reduction in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, minus shipping costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.

3. Right to Complain / Warranty Rights
You have a 2-year right to complain (warranty) when shopping on Oliz.dk. This means that you can have the item repaired, replaced, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation and in agreement with Oliz/Koko-Nora ApS.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified. The defect must not have arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or any other damaging behavior.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item.
When returning the item, you must describe the problem in as much detail as possible by email to th@oliz.dk
Note! We do not accept returned items sent via cash on delivery or similar methods.
The item must always be returned in secure packaging.
4. Prices, Delivery, and Delivery Fees
The prices at the time of order are the applicable prices, and no claims can be made due to price changes. All prices include VAT.
When you make a purchase with Oliz/Koko-Nora ApS, agreements are concluded in Danish. If you wish to receive a copy of your order confirmation, you can email us, and we will send you a copy.
Delivery prices to other EU countries: Contact us if you wish to purchase from countries other than Denmark.
Delivery time for products from Oliz/Koko-Nora ApS is usually 1–3 days. If a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified.
5. Shipping
Oliz/Koko-Nora ApS ships items within Denmark to the specified address via courier, GLS, or our own vehicle, at our discretion.
For non-mainland addresses, you will be contacted regarding an additional shipping fee.
We usually ship to the nearest GLS parcel shop for private customers, unless otherwise agreed. For businesses, such as nurseries, kindergartens, schools, or nursing homes, we use GLS delivery. If the delivery is large enough to require a pallet, we use Danske Fragtmænd.
If an item is out of stock or discontinued and cannot be delivered, the full amount will be refunded.
6. Payment

Oliz/Koko-Nora ApS does not have access to your payment card information, and all payments are processed securely and encrypted.
No fees are charged for payments on Oliz/Koko-Nora ApS, and your money will not be withdrawn until your items are dispatched from our warehouse.

7. How We Handle Your Personal Information (Privacy Policy)
When you shop with Oliz/Koko-Nora ApS, we require the following information:

We record your personal information so that we can deliver to you and track your orders. Personal data is stored for five years, after which it is deleted. Only Oliz/Koko-Nora ApS has access to your information. We do not store or send customer information unencrypted. Your information is not shared with third parties or sold, and we do not collect any sensitive personal data.
Right to File a Complaint
If you wish to file a complaint about your purchase, you must contact th@oliz.dk.
Should it, against expectations, prove impossible for us to find a solution, you may submit a complaint to the relevant boards in the field, provided the conditions for doing so are met.
